Flo Rida Workout DVD

Who wouldn’t want to jump around and get all sweaty listening to “can you blow my whistle baby, whistle baby let me know”?? Seriously though, in the annoying interview below, Flo Rida pretty much promises that you can get buff and sweaty with him in the near future. Can’t imagine how many people are excited for that. NPR Streaming Best Coast Show

Indie rock duo Best Coast recently did a show at the 9:30 Club in Washington DC. It seems that the wonderful people at NPR were there to capture the audio and they just released it for stream on their website. NPR really does a hell of a job keeping their finger on the pulse of everything cool in music, especially if you dig indie rock and some more singer/songwriter type stuff. They have been one of the few consistent outlets over the years.
This recording sounds great, and it mostly focuses on the band playing music from their new record The Only Place, but also includes some older hits. It runs a little more than an hour, and is a great little something to listen to if you’re bored at work putting together your TPS reports.
Check out the stream here.
